  1. Sit or stand with feet flat on the floor.

  2. Inhale slowly through the nose — 4 counts

  3. Exhale gently through the mouth — 6 counts

  4. Repeat x6 rounds.

  5. Imagine sinking into the Earth's calm with every breath.
